Our Legacy

Established in 1968, Borrelli + Partners, Inc. is one of Florida’s preeminent architecture and design firms. The firm’s commitment to design excellence and superior technical expertise has resulted in a portfolio that includes many of the defining examples of contemporary architecture.

For over 50 years, B+P has time and again successfully demonstrated innovative programming, master planning, and design capabilities on numerous facilities nationwide and abroad, including both major and minor renovations, additions, and new construction. We attribute our success to the high level of intensive project involvement of all our principals and senior staff, who participate in the planning, design, and construction administration of our projects. By consistently meeting project schedules and budgets, B+P has proudly established a large network of satisfied repeat clients.

Sustainability

Our team believes that sustainable design begins with a high-performance design that addresses each stage of a building’s life cycle through an approach that integrates planning, design, and construction. B+P has completed several projects that have achieved LEED® or Green Globes Certification.

Minority-Owned Business

In addition to being an Minority-Owned Business (MBE), Small-Business Enterprise (SBE), and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE), B+P is committed to helping small, minority, disadvantaged and service-disabled veteran-owned businesses grow and develop. Over the firm’s history, we have included many of these types of firms, who normally would not have had an opportunity to participate on larger projects.

Technology

The firm has fully integrated in-house Building Information Modeling capabilities with in-house staff, experienced in the use of these BIM systems in all phases of a project. Our staff has a high degree of proficiency in rendering software, production software and construction administration software.

Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design

B+P is certified in Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED). This multi-disciplinary approach deters criminal behavior through environmental design and builds a sense of community and reduces the incidence of crime. CPTED strategies rely upon the ability to influence offender decisions that precede criminal acts through specific design solutions.
