Northwest Bus Depot Phase II

Borrelli + Partners, Inc. was commissioned to design a new, $938,000 Northwest Bus Depot Phase II for Orange County Public Schools.

The scope of services includes a new 15,000 gallon self-contained skid mounted diesel fuel tank with 4 pumps, and a Veeder Root Fuel dispensing tracking system; a new canopy over the fueling station with tie-ins to utility infrastructure as needed for the successful operation of the fueling station; site work that includes the removal of existing gravel parking areas to be replaced with asphalt pavement parking design for bus parking; design and construction administration of a maintenance inspection building for storage, vehicle inspections, and minor vehicle maintenance; and landscaping and irrigation.
