Borrelli + Partners Participates in 4.9K CommUNITY Rainbow Run

This year, Borrelli + Partners was proud to participate in the annual 4.9K CommUNITY Rainbow Run alongside thousands of survivors, families, friends, and supporters. As Orlando marked the 10-year anniversary of Pulse, the event honored the 49 lives lost in the tragedy while celebrating the strength, resilience, and unity that continue to define the community.

As the design team for the permanent Pulse Memorial, Borrelli + Partners hosted a tent outside Orlando City Hall before and after the race, where attendees explored the project's 60% design renderings, asked questions, and learned more about the memorial's continued progress. The displays highlighted updates shared during the May 14 public presentation, offering visitors a closer look at how the memorial will create spaces for reflection, remembrance, and healing.

More than a race, the CommUNITY Rainbow Run is a powerful demonstration of the strength of a community committed to honoring the lives of the 49 angels while looking toward the future with hope. Net proceeds from the run directly support construction of the permanent memorial, making every participant an important part of preserving this legacy for generations to come.
