Miami International Airport South Terminal Concessions

Miami International Airport’s South Terminal provides for stylish, safe, peaceful, captivating, and convenient environment to dine and shop during time between flights. Total area for the Food Court is 28,300 square feet, Concession Corridor is 60,593 square feet. The Food Court consists of International Cuisine Fast Food ( Latin, Caribbean and Italian) as well as burgers and bakery/deli.  There are also two coffee and ice cream shops.  The retail included a café bookstore with coffee and pastries a duty free store, gift specialty store, fashion apparel, news and gifts and a personal care store.  The design intent was to create a world class retail environment that is relaxing and comfortable for harried travelers and to maximize tenant visibility in order for shoppers to navigate with ease.  We consider it essential to build with materials and finishes that are time-tested maintainable and durable.
