District Office Renovation

Borrelli + Partners, Inc. is proud to have been the prime architect for Valencia College’s District Office Renovation. The College acquired the existing 61,000 square foot, five-story building “Park Place at MetroWest” for the purpose of moving administrative staff to this location. The project involved the complete demolition to structure all five levels including the garage and the re-design of the interior spaces.

The College added roughly 100 parking spaces for administrative staff adjacent to the site. The program included offices, conference rooms, and office suites while obtaining Green Globes certification. Spaces were needed for the Office of the President, Academic Affairs, Policy and General Council, Foundation, Marketing and Strategic Communication, Operations and Finance, Student Affairs, Human Resources and Diversity, Security and IT Support.
